Each year, various exhibitions are held at Rodman Hall. In the past, Rodman Hall was a public-run gallery, but became affiliated with Brock University when it experienced financial difficulties. The Niagara Artists' Centre is a charitably-registered, non-profit group of artists who are dedicated to supporting the art-enthusiasts and working artists of Niagara. It showcases different exhibitions throughout the year, such as sculptures, abstract paintings, film screenings, and new media installations. Recently, the Centre transferred out of its previous place on Bond Street to St. Paul Street in the city's downtown.

The Folk Arts Council of St. Catharines runs several festivals each year during the month of May and ends with "Folk Arts in the Park," that happen within Montebello Park. The Art of Peace Festival, which is now in its fifth year, strives to increase community engagement in art as a reflection of peace problems. Montebello Park has lots of open mic program, performing arts events, community art workshops, Speak Your Peace, elementary school art exhibition, vendors, and Peace Through Art Stations (where peace provide information and provide arts activities to people). The Niagara Grape and Wine Festival is a non-profit organization that presents 3 famous wine festivals within Niagara and St. Catharines throughout the year. The Niagara Icewine Festival happens all through the winter season, the Niagara New Vintage Festival takes place during summer, and the Niagara Wine Festival takes place throughout the fall season. The latter festival is the most celebrated, since it draws several tourists to the region every year. The event is simply known as "Grape and Wine," and it attracts lots of individuals, ranging from young teen partiers to wine connoisseurs. The SCENE Music Festival is a one-day event which is held in many pubs and clubs downtown. There are various popular bands from different genres that have played in the event already.
